Back British Pubs is responsible for this signup list. Contact hello@backbritishpubs.com with privacy questions or requests.

When you sign up, we save your email address, signup date, signup source and the wording and version of your consent. We use this information with your consent to send launch news and occasional Back British Pubs updates. The subscription is separate from other brands or mailing lists. No confirmation email is sent by this form.

Storage and access

Signup records are stored in a private Vercel Blob store in the London region and accessed through server credentials by Back British Pubs. They are not public files and are not sold. Vercel also hosts this website and processes technical request information to deliver and secure it. See Vercel’s privacy policy for its processing arrangements.

Unsubscribe and your rights

To unsubscribe at any time, email hello@backbritishpubs.com from the address you signed up with. We will remove your address from the updates list. We keep signup records while you remain subscribed and need updates; you can request deletion at any time. Any future email updates must include an unsubscribe option.

You can also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, or to withdraw consent. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Website use

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website visits, popular pages, referral sources and broad visitor trends. It does not use analytics cookies. We do not send signup email addresses or form contents to analytics. This page sets no advertising cookies. Temporary rate limits help prevent repeated and automated submissions. Instagram is a separate service with its own privacy policy.
